Quality Engineer

Utilize Quality tools and practices for the effective and efficient development, transfer and maintenance of products and processes throughout the product lifecycle.

Coordinate and conduct quality improvement and monitoring systems on the manufacturing floor, in product development, and throughout the entire company. Establish and execute standard procedures in order to meet FDA regulatory requirements.

Junior Engineer

A hands on role for assisting in the day-to-day operation of the company with responsibilities including:

Collaborate with design engineers, aid in the development of testing and validation for new products, maintain calibrations and gaging systems, document engineering reports for mechanical tests, and various other tasks relevant to Nexxt Spine engineering.

Operations Engineer

Lead a wide variety of projects related to manufacturing medical devices. Main duties include:

Scheduling and and coordinating production equipment, employees, implementation of a new MRP system, and ensuring a timely manufacturing throughput for the Nexxt Spine product line.

CNC Swiss Operator - 2nd/3rd Shift

This position is responsible for setting up and operating a CNC Swiss to machine various metal and plastic parts. Essential duties include:

Using and understanding machine and inspection equipment to produce high quality parts, deburring and cleaning, and other duties related to manufacturing.

CNC Mill Programmer

Responsible for programming, production, and prototyping designs compatible for CNC mills.

Operating CNC mill machines, machining parts under minimal supervision, reading and fully understanding blueprints, communicating with engineering, and other tasks relating to machining within Nexxt Spine.

CNC Mill Operator - 2nd/3rd Shift

Operate CNC Mills and equipment to machine titanium, stainless steel, and plastic parts.

Applicants should be able to inspect equipment and make adjustments to produce high quality parts, clean and maintain their workspace, and other duties related to manufacturing for Nexxt Spine.

Design Engineer - Additive Manufacturing

Design and develop spinal implants by meeting with surgeons, prototyping, and creating designs to be turned into products.

Will be working with SolidWorks, 3D printing, machining equipment, and other tools in the design process. Must have skillset to design implants or instruments. Experience in manufacturing, design, and regulations is a plus. 


Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Perform a variety of tasks relevant to handling inbound and outbound shipping and order fulfillment.

Essential duties include quality checks of surgical sets, record-keeping, managing the inventory of surgical and instrument sets, and other shipping related duties found at Nexxt Spine. Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
